Stationary Amadeo Z X-ray systems are fully motorised, compact and designed for ceiling heights over 2.4 m. Radiological positioning for all examinations, including full spinal and leg imaging via stitching, is effortless.
The optimised workflow saves time and personnel resources. The entire system is controlled via our professional acquisition and diagnosis software, dicomPACS®DX-R. The U-arm can be positioned easily within seconds, using either the motorised or manual mode of operation. Four electric motors facilitate accurate and effortless U-arm adjustment for patients in sitting, standing and lying positions (examination table is optional).
with built-in CsI X-ray detector (43 cm x 43 cm)
with a mobile and wireless CsI X-ray detector (35 cm x 43 cm)
without an X-ray detector and for use with CR systems or film cassettes
|One of a kind||
The complete X-ray system can be manually positioned.
The system is fully functional with ceiling heights over 2.4 m (7.87 ft).
|Excellent image quality||
Our standard high-quality flat panel detector operates on the basis of a caesium iodide scintillator and produces excellent images even at low radiation doses.
The professional dicomPACS®DX-R acquisition software allows all examinations to be conveniently conducted from a monitor. X-ray parameters are automatically transferred to the generator.
The system is equipped with a wide array of active and passive safety mechanisms. An optional proximity alarm prevents collisions with patients and staff.
The 43 cm x 43 cm flat panel detector makes switching between portrait and landscape orientation unnecessary.
|Fast & fully motorised||
The U-arm can be quickly and easily positioned. The X-ray image is available for viewing and diagnosis within 6-8 seconds after exposure.
At the heart of each Amadeo system is the dicomPACS®DX-R acquisition and diagnostic software with the integrated X-ray positioning guide developed by OR Technology.

Amadeo reference - Digital X-ray Amadeo Z Tauentzien Orthopaedics Dr Meinikhein
Mr. Meinikheim: „I particularly appreciate image stitching, also called whole leg images, the patient remains standing during the X-ray process and it is possible to assess limb alignment. This is rarely done these days.“
Amadeo reference - Amadeo Z in the Bonn Orthopaedic Group Practice
Medical Technical X-ray Assistant Buchsbaum: "The system is very flexible. The U-arm is easy to position in a few seconds. Neither an adjustment of the tube nor the detector drawer is necessary. Special adjustment angles or the required images can be programmed and accessed at the touch of a button. ..."
