3. Access data / server log files

When visiting our site the browser installed on your terminal automatically transmits data to the server of our site. These data will be stored temporarily in a so-called log file. The following data are stored until automatic erasure without any action on your part:

These data are processed for the following purposes:

Legal bases for data processing: Art. 6, para. 1 b and 1 f, GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the listed data collection purposes.  Data will not be merged with other data stored here.

Our site uses cookies. Cookies are small files that will be stored on your terminal when visiting our site.

We use cookies to facilitate the use of our site (e.g. identification upon revisiting our site without having to input data once again) as well as for statistical purposes in order to improve our site.

If you contact us e.g. by using our contact form on our site, by sending an e-mail or by calling us, your name and your e-mail address will be required so we know who is the requesting party and for the purpose of dealing with your request. Further information may be provided voluntarily. Data transmitted for the purpose of contacting will be processed solely for the purpose of dealing with your request. Legal basis in case of a pre-contractual measure: Art 6, para. 1 b, GDPR; Art. 6, para. 1 a shall be the legal basis if you have given consent. Personal data collected in this respect will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed and if there are no conflicting statutory storage obligations.


6. Disclosure of personal data

We generally do not disclose any personal data to third parties unless

·         you have given explicit consent pursuant to Art. 1, para. 1 a, GDPR,

·         processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6, para. 1 b, GDPR),

·         processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1 f, GDPR, and if there is no reason to believe that  there is an overriding legitimate interest on your part in a non-disclosure of your data,

·         a disclosure  is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6, para. 1 c, GDPR).

 

7. Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (“Google”). The use of Google Analytics is intended to analyse our site and to regularly improve same thus ensuring a more efficient operation thereof. Based on the respective statistics we can improve our services and make them more interesting for you. Legal basis of data processing: Art. 6 para. 1 f, GDPR. As we have a legitimate interest in the analysis, optimization and efficient operation of our site data processing is required to safeguard this legitimate interest.

Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, i.e. text files stored on your computer, making it possible to analyse your use of the site. Information about your use of this site generated by the cookie will be transmitted to a Google server located in the USA and stored there. This site uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizelp()”. IP addresses are processed in a shortened version. Assigning these data to a specific person is, therefore, excluded. A full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA by way of exception only. If so, it will be shortened there.

As regards exceptional cases in which personal data are transmitted to the USA, Google submitted itself to the EU USA Privacy Shield:

On behalf of the operator of this site Google will use these information in order to analyse the use of the site, to compile reports on the site activities and in order to provide services to the site operator that are related to the use of the site and the Internet. Use of SalesViewer®-Technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.

The data stored by Salesviewer® will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them. The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. 8. Social media plug-in

Our site uses the following social network plug-ins in order to popularize our company even more. Legal basis: Art. 6, para. 1 f, GDPR. The underlying marketing purpose is deemed to be a legitimate interest in terms of the General Data Protection Regulation. Responsibility for an operation in conformity with data protection shall be assumed by the respective provider.

9. Facebook plug-in

Our site uses plug-ins of the social network Facebook operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland. The plug-in on our site is designed as an “f”, “Like” and/or “Share” in white letters on a blue background. The look of  social plug-ins of Facebook can be found at: developers.facebook.com.

If you visit a page of our site that contains such a plug-in, your browser directly connects with the Facebook servers. Facebook transmits the plug-in content to your browser integrating it into the site.  By integrating the plug-in Facebook will be informed that you accessed the corresponding page of our site even if you do not have a Facebook account or if you are not logged in to Facebook. Your browser transmits these information (including your IP address) directly to a Facebook server located in the USA and they will be stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign your visit to our site to your Facebook account. 14. Application for jobs offered

If you apply for one of our jobs advertised, your personal data will solely be used for the application procedure. Legal basis of processing: Art. 6, para. 1 b, GDPR, and your consent: Art. 6, para. 1 a, GDPR. Upon finalization of the application procedure your personal data transmitted will be blocked and deleted after expiration of possible storage periods (e.g. under the General Law on equal treatment) unless you have consented to an extended processing.

 

15. Storage periods and erasure of data

Personal data collected by the controller will be erased if no longer needed for the performance of the contract and/or if the purpose of use agreed no longer exists and if there are no conflicting statutory storage periods.

 

16. Rights of person concerned

You have the following rights towards us regarding your personal data:

·         You may demand a rectification of incorrect  data or a completion of your personal data stored by us (Art. 16, GDPR).

·         You may demand an erasure of your personal data stored by us (Art. 17, GDPR).

·         You may demand a restriction of the processing of your personal data (Art. 18, GDPR).

·         You are entitled to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to demand a transfer to another controller (Art. 20, GDPR).

·         You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77, GDPR).

 

17. Right to object

You may object to the controller to the processing of your data with future effect at any time. An objection shall be made in writing or by sending an e-mail to the controller.

 

18. Right of withdrawal

If the processing of your data is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1 a, GDPR, you may withdraw your consents towards the controller with future effect at any time (Art. 7, para. 3, GDPR). Such withdrawal shall be effected in writing or by sending an e-mail to the controller.

 

19. Right of modification

Due to the development of our site or modified legal provisions this privacy statement may be modified. The controller shall inform users about modifications to the data protection regulations in a reasonable way. The current version of the privacy statement can be found on our site and printed out.
