The basic functioning of interfaces How we install an interface in detail for perfect operation naturally depends on the existing practice or hospital administration system. We would like to mention three popular basic functions:
	1st function:
	Patient data is provided straight from the record of the examination request for a digital X-ray, MRI or similar.
	2nd function
	The examination request is attached to the patient's digital record for archving.
	3rd Function
	The archived data such as images or documents is accessed directly from the patient record. There are various ways to do this: you can retrieve a particular image or document, special selection of items, e.g. the previous week's images, or all images of a certain type such as ultrasound scans. Whatever your choice, you can be sure that it will work. After all, we have successfully integrated dicomPACS® into many administration systems.
