Our safety concept for your data
The digital data of your patients is a highly sensitive matter and requires exceptional attention to security and access protection. There are many ways to prevent unauthorised access to your data, the most important are:
Authorisation
Identification
Traceability
Authorisation controls the allocation of user rights within a system. Only authorised users can access the data processing system.
Identification is the verification of the user’s identity. One option is the well established login procedure, but one can also login via SmartCard or biometric fingerprint identification.
The system logbook provides traceability. It records all changes of the data pool. For security reasons, only the administrator has access rights to the logbook.
Each of these three methods guarantees that the sensitive patient data in good hands with you.
